  • Planning a special event with additional visitors who aren’t staying overnight? We'd love to help you ensure it's successful! Please inquire before booking. (Parking and facility availability may be limited.)
  • Because little hands touch the floors, please leave your shoes at the door.
  • Absolutely no smoking.
  • After fun in ocean/river, please use the outdoor showers to rinse off sand before enjoying the hot tub or pool (pets, too!).
  • Your pets are welcome! Both the ocean beach and river beach are pet-friendly beaches. A $95 per-pet fee will be collected after you book; this fee is remitted to the cleaning/restocking company, which uses the funds for additional work required to eliminate all dander after your departure. (Many guests claim dander allergies and insist on a 100% dander-free environment).
IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED
Your reservation with Beach Houses in Paradise is subject to the attached agreement, which LIMITS OUR LIABILITY:

When you rent a Beach House in Paradise, the home becomes ~your~ home for the duration of your stay . . . your home away from home (or your "Vacation Home"). Just as when you bring guests into your own home, you agree to accept responsibility for the safety and welfare of anyone you bring or invite into your Vacation Home. This includes -- but is not limited to -- minors, seniors, pets, and anyone in your group with limited motion, vision, hearing, health or other ailments. This means that you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beach Houses in Paradise (and all individuals and entities connected to, and involved with, the administration and operation of your Vacation Home) from all liability and claims that may arise from the use of the home by you and your guests.
